Shipping policy
***We ship our items from different warehouses, so you might receive your items in several shipments. You will get an email notification to the email you used with your order once each item ships so you can track its delivery.
Currently, we ship to the US, and Canada. However, we are currently not able to ship Joytopia Boutique clothing to Canada or anywhere outside of the US. Only our graphic-printed items are available for Canadian and worldwide shipping. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us.
US: Shipping to the US is ALWAYS FREE!
Canada: For shipping rates to Canada, add your items to the cart along with your address to see your shipping rates.
We ship your items via USPS First Class mail, DHL, or UPS. The shipping times will vary depending on where we are shipping the item.
Typically, US-based customers can expect to receive their items in 5-10 business days, up to 2+ weeks during busy times and holiday seasons. Canadian customers can expect to receive their items in 7-15 business days, up to 4 weeks during busy times. Please allow a few days to a week after you receive your first package before you contact us. Typically, all items arrive within a few days of each other. Each piece of graphic-printed jewelry (God's Got This, Lion of Judah, Faith Over Fear) is also made to order so they will take longer to create and process than apparel.

How Long Will It Take For Me to Receive My Order?
Below are processing times. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out. Please add processing + shipping time to find out when your order will arrive.
PROCESSING:
Processing takes 1-5 business days BEFORE it ships. Avg processing time is 1-5 business days for apparel and 3-7 business days for graphic-printed jewelry. During off-seasons, processing times are typically 1-3 business days. During holidays and certain seasons, the processing time may be longer, up to 7-14 business days.
SHIPPING (after processing):
After processing, your order will be shipped out immediately. Below are our typical shipping times. Note that occasional delays are possible due to seasonal busyness.
United States shipping times: 2-8 business days
***Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.
Canadian shipping times: 6-15 business days
