Refund policy
HOLIDAY RETURNS: All orders placed on or after October 31, 2025 are eligible for return until January 10, 2026.
****Please do not ship your items back to the return address on the label. If you would like to return your items, please contact us at info@joyandcountry.com and we will provide return instructions.
***All FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items have the words "FINAL SALE" in the title. Thank you for your understanding!

Damaged Items or Wrong Item Sent
We guarantee high-quality items and will stand by that guarantee if you receive an item that is not up to the quality we expect. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
If your product is faulty or damaged, email us at info@joyandcountry.com along with a picture of the damaged or wrong item, and we will send you a replacement for free.
***TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE/RETURN
To initiate a return, please email: info@joyandcountry.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order number, the name of the item you want to return/exchange along with the new size you are requesting (if it's an exchange).
Return/Exchange Eligibility Requirements
- There is no reimbursement for return shipping as we cover the cost to ship the item to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding on this and thank you for your support!
- If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unwashed and unworn, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if possible.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges. If an item is labeled as Final Sale, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We also cannot accept returns for personalized products unless we made a mistake or there is a quality issue. Thanks for your understanding.
- GIFT CARDS are not exchangeable or refundable
- Purchases made with gift cards are subject to the return instructions above. Refunds will be credited back to the original gift card.
Exchanges / Time Frame
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will send you your size replacement for the item requested, or your refund, if desired.
Once we send out your replacement, our shipping and processing will follow our typical shipping times. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
