Shipping and Processing
NOTE: Your order is important to us, so in order to expedite the shipping, some items may arrive in separate packages at different times. We also work with several printers and warehouses so some items might be shipped from different locations. You might also receive more than one shipping notification via email, one notification from each shipping location. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Currently, we ship to the US. We also ship to Canada, excluding Joytopia Boutique items. We do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time but we might be offering international shipping at a later date. Check back here for updates.
Shipping times:
Typically, US customers can expect to receive their item/s in 5-10 business days for US customers, up to 2+ weeks during busy times and holiday seasons. Canadian customers can expect to receive their item/s in 7-15 business days, up to 4 weeks during busy times.
Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

If you want to receive an item in time for a specific holiday, please contact us first before ordering. Due to recent shipping issues with postal carriers, we can't guarantee shipping times but will do our best to estimate for you.
Shipping is FREE to all orders in the US!
Canadian shipping varies depending on the weight of your shipment. Please add your items to the cart and include your address to see your shipping costs.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Note that it may take up to 3-7 days to receive your tracking link depending on your item's processing time.
Since we work with varying suppliers, your order might arrive in separate shipments. Each item has different shipping times so you might receive more than one tracking number for your order.
If you don't receive a tracking link in 5-7 business days after you order, send us a message via the website or email us at info@joyandcountry.com with your name and order number.
It takes 2-5 business days to process an order before it ships, and up to 7+ business days to process during busy times and holidays.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or changed since they go into production the same day they are placed. You can contact us immediately after your order, and if we haven’t sent the order to production, we can try to cancel it for you. But, most items are sent to production right after you place an order.
Returns and Exchanges
(HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY UPDATE: All items purchased after October 10, 2024 are eligible for return until January 10, 2025.)
Your satisfaction is important to us!
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund or a replacement of the damaged item.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we also offer full refunds or size exchanges within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in new condition and unworn, washed, or used.
Please note that all FINAL SALE items are not eligible for exchanges as our inventory is limited. We also cannot accept returns for personalized products unless we made a mistake or there is a quality issue. Thanks for your understanding.
We do guarantee high-quality items and will stand by that guarantee if you receive an item that is not up to the quality you expect. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Shop Pay Installment Payment Plan
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method
within 3 to 10 business days.
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
Clothing
SIZING
Most of our graphic-printed apparel is a unisex fit. The fit will be listed on the product pages. Unisex clothing has a looser fit, so for women, it's true to size for a relaxed fit. For women, if you like your clothes more fitted, we recommend sizing down from your normal size. If you want a relaxed fit, order your true size. For men, we find that unisex is more true to size for a normal fit.
If a product is not unisex, the sizing details will be listed on the product's description. Please pay close attention to all details on the product pages for your desired items.
IMPORTANT: All of our clothing does NOT follow uniform sizing. Please check each individual item and use our measurements to ensure your desired fit. Our sweatshirts, hoodies and tees are all unisex, but the tees tend to run a little looser than the sweatshirts depending on the brand. So please compare the measurements of EACH type of item you order with
measurements for your favorite tees or sweatshirts for best results. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
MATERIAL
The material for each clothing item can be found on the individual product pages under the product description.
Most of our graphic tees are made in the USA, as well as all most of our jewelry.
The Joytopia Boutique clothing is either made in the USA or Mexico. For the Joytopia boutique clothing, each item that is made in the USA states it in the description.
Our sweatshirts are made in the USA or Honduras. For some of them, the parts are made in Honduras and assembled in the USA.
We do our best to source products made in the USA only, but that is not always possible. We continue to update products as we find valuable replacements made in the USA.
The clothing brands we use to print our designs focus on ethical and responsible manufacturing practices. The factories are WRAP-certified.
WRAP stands for Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production. WRAP ensures that manufacturers operate in compliance with local laws and internationally-accepted standards of ethical workplace practices.
We also print our clothes on demand so there is no waste. We are 100% online so every graphic-printed item is custom made to order just for you.
We donate our unused apparel to local charities any time we have extras.
